I specialize in treating obsessive-compulsive disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, body-focused repetitive behaviors, women's issues, self-esteem, and trauma. Additionally, I work across the lifespan, helping adolescents, adults, and seniors navigate mood, relationship, and emotional challenges. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and integrate diverse clinical skills in my work to be able to offer adaptable, client-centered care aligned with the best research-supported interventions for long-lasting impact. I received my doctorate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, DC.
I aim to provide a safe, warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I seek to address the client's concerns using integrative and personalized approaches tailored to each individual's treatment. I value a collaborative working relationship with each client to support the individual to meet their goals and improve their quality of life. Additionally, I provide psychological assessments to help inform treatment and diagnosis.
